Monday- Friday: same day delivery as possible.
Saturday deliveries are available to inner city suburbs only and must be ordered by 12 noon Friday, or please phone us if it’s after 12pm.
Dunedin inner city suburbs $15: We will deliver your flowers on the day requested. You can indicate your preference for morning or afternoon but we can not guarantee that it is always possible to achieve a morning delivery and ‘same day’ applies.

If the recipient is not home, the courier will leave the flowers at the front or back door of the address given. Estelle Flowers does not take responsibility for undiscovered flowers left at the recipient’s address- please follow up with the recipient if you have any concerns.
Please ensure you give the correct address and a mobile phone number. Estelle Flowers does not take any responsibility for any incorrect address given, including changes of address. A re-delivery due to an incorrect address given, or no courier access, will require a second delivery charge. Please let us know in advance if there is no access for the courier due to an apartment or gate with a door code or a dog.
Florists Choice
All flowers are subject to availability. Please understand if you request a specific colour or flower, we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee this, and the best alternative will be chosen by the florist without further consultation. Please give the florist as much creative freedom as possible other than the colour and price options we offer.
